Awesome news! The talented Lim Chin Yang has completed all the backgrounds for the demo, and the fabulous KeikoKup has finished the first character sprite (Ru Okazi, the Scholar)!

Responses to the backgrounds and sprite have been super positive, and I'm really excited about getting the big art assets for the demo finished.

Here are some more updates:

• Work is already beginning on the next character sprite, the antagonist: No-Eyes the Necromancer.
• I've spoken to a friend about putting together a trailer for the demo, which will most like drop in early May. 
• I'm going to be talking to Re.Alice about designing the GUI at the end of March.
• I'm speaking to an established musical artist about licensing a new track for the game.

Right now, the tentative demo release is planned for early May. If all goes as planned, there'll be some surprises dropping with the demo!
